INOS Participates in MEGAPHONE & e-Society 2026

The Center for Innovation and Development INOS will participate in MEGAPHONE & e-Society 2026, a regional event dedicated to digital rights, civil society, technology, and innovation for social development, taking place in Skopje from 27 to 29 October 2026.

INOS’s participation provides an opportunity for the organization to share its experience in developing and applying digital and innovative solutions for citizens and local communities, while exchanging knowledge and experiences with organizations, experts, and practitioners from North Macedonia and the wider region.

As part of the event, INOS will present Prilep Civic Navigator, an innovative solution based on artificial intelligence and civic technology (civic tech), developed to provide citizens with easier, faster, and more accessible information about local public services, administrative procedures, and opportunities for civic participation. Prilep Civic Navigator is designed as a digital guide that brings local institutions and public services closer to citizens. Through a simple and intuitive communication interface, citizens can access information about different administrative procedures, required documents, responsible institutions, and ways to submit requests, without the need to navigate through multiple and often complex information sources. The development of Civic Navigator reflects INOS’s commitment to using artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the service of citizens, with a particular focus on improving access to information, transparency, and civic participation at the local level. The development of the tool is supported by the CIVICUS Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI), in partnership with Metamorphosis and TechSoup.

Through its participation in MEGAPHONE & e-Society 2026, INOS will have the opportunity to share the Prilep experience with the wider regional community and create space for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and opportunities for future cooperation in the fields of digital transformation and civic technology. For INOS, participation in this event represents another step towards developing innovative, accessible, and citizen-centered digital solutions that use technology to create meaningful value for communities.
