Project: “Prilep Civic Navigator”

The Association Center for Innovation and Development INOS is pleased to announce the launch of the “Prilep Civic Navigator” project, supported through the Digital Spark grant program.

The project aims to improve citizens’ access to information about local administrative services and procedures through the development of an innovative digital tool – Civic Navigator.

Citizens often face challenges when searching for information regarding administrative procedures, required documentation, responsible institutions, and official forms. Information is frequently scattered across multiple websites, difficult to locate, or not presented in a clear and user-friendly manner. As a result, citizens spend considerable time and effort trying to understand the steps required to access local public services.

To address these challenges, the project will develop a digital platform that will serve as a guide through local services and administrative procedures. The platform will enable users to easily access information about the required steps, supporting documentation, processing timelines, and responsible institutions for specific procedures. In addition, users will have access to official forms, templates, and practical guidance needed to complete administrative processes successfully.

A particular focus will be placed on user experience and the application of modern digital solutions, including interactive tools that will help citizens quickly find relevant information and navigate administrative requirements more efficiently.

Through the “Prilep Civic Navigator” project, we aim to contribute to greater transparency, improved access to public services, and stronger communication between citizens and local institutions.

Our vision is to make administrative procedures simple, understandable, and accessible to everyone. We believe that digital technologies can significantly improve access to public services and contribute to more open, responsive, and citizen-oriented local governance.
