Paragliding

Paragliding is a sport that combines the freedom of flight with nature, precision, and advanced piloting skills. It is a unique aerial discipline that allows pilots to fly using a lightweight, foot-launched glider, relying solely on natural air currents and thermal conditions, without the use of engines.

This sport requires a high level of technical knowledge, focus, and responsibility, while at the same time offering an unmatched sense of freedom, adrenaline, and connection with the surrounding landscape. Paragliding is accessible to different age groups and is practiced both recreationally and competitively at professional levels.

A particularly distinctive discipline within paragliding is precision landing, which demands exceptional control, stability, and accuracy. Competitions in this discipline highlight the technical excellence of pilots and offer a dynamic and engaging experience for both participants and spectators.

Through years of organizing national and international paragliding events, INOS actively contributes to the development, promotion, and international visibility of paragliding in North Macedonia and the wider region. Our mission is to support the sport as a platform for safe flying, sportsmanship, international cooperation, and active tourism, while fostering respect for nature and the sustainable use of natural resources.
